API 6A Flange union adapter

Flange union adapters are widely used in connection of different connectors, Including:

1. One end Flange with another end boy with femal connection

2. One end Flange with anotehr end body with male connection

3. Male Union half, available as blind, threaded or weld neck.

4. Femal union half available as blind, threaded or weld neck.

The flange ends will be strictly as per API 6A.

The other end as per requirements or API Standard Hammer unions

Hammer Union 1502

Highly pressure union is forged and made by introducing into international advance technology and adopting high 

strength alloy. Strict heat treatment ensure the joint has evenly metallographic organization and bearing ability, 

all materials are conformed with ASTM and ANSI standard, the product technological index is totally conformed with 

API Spec 6A standard. Its sealing is reliable, installment and removal is fast, currency is good, its joint can be used

 for pipeline thread, vitta thread, and butt weld or nonpressure seal end connection.

6. hammer union Fig 1002

• These unions also have a resilient nitrile seal ring.

• Recommended for cementing, fracturing, acidizing, testing and choke and kill manifolds. Designed for high 

  pressure systems, including truck-mounted systems. Figure 1002 unions also are available as 

  non-pressure seal unions and in butt weld Sch.160 or XXH.
