Description about 3D vacuum machine
1.Product process: it can finished special sharp 3D products only once time with high stability and low reject radio by heat expansion cylinder principle cooperate with vacuum molding.
2.Process feather: full color transfer printers for three-dimensional products, covered design fully and all surface of product, it can also covered corner, fillet and concave corner without crack and wrinkle, the workpiece surface are smooth, no wrinkle, snap and obscission.
3.Handle control: human-computer interface control operate, convenient to operate and easy to learn.
4.Electric control: PLC control, photoelectric sensor and position use import high quality inductor, operation stable property, heat-up temperature and process time use high precision digit to show, high work precision.
5.Adjust by machine: heat expansion cylinder use digit to regulator, it can input pressure numerical, convenient to operate, can adjust accurately and easily.
6.Oil pressure control: use import oil hydraulic pump, all of them are match with stainless steel oil vat, operate stability and long useful life.
7.Vacuum control: use import vacuum pump, subatmospheric pressure operatr, fast reaction, small noise, long useful life, low failure rate.
