The main machine of central type dust cleaner is connected to sliding suction passage through pipe. The sliding suction port is placed on sliding air passage. A blowing port with axial flow blower is installed on the other side of cutting bench.

Both the suction port and blowing port are fixed on cutting machine; they are in the same line with cutting head, and always suck air at the limited cutting width, i.e., the place where dust is generated .The lower part of the cutting bench is the suction passage formed by vertical plate. Dust-containing gas is sucked by suction port from lower air passage, enters into the main machine of central type dust cleaner through sliding air passage, and then is discharged after purification.


Dust cleaning efficiency depends on the steel plate on cutting bench, when steel plate is covered for over 80%,it reached the highest efficiency .There are two types according to the width of cutting bench, single-sliding air passage blowing type and double-sliding air passage blowing type. The single-sliding type is ideal for cutting bench with efficient width of 3-4.5m, while the double-sliding type is ideal for that with efficient width of over 5m.
