CQB magnetic pump is made of cauterization-proof, high intensity project material, steel jade china, stainless steel so it has good cauterization-proof performance, and can transport the medium to keep from the contamination. The working principle of Sinofine CQB magnetic driving centrifugal pump: The power from the motor is transmitted to the centrifugal impeller by means of a magnetic coupling. The isolation shell between the drive magnet and the impeller magnet separate the liquid side from the drive.Sinofine magnetic pump use static seal to replace active seal, that can make the over-current parts to be on the complete sealed status, and solve the inevasible problem such as run out, extend, drop of other mechanic seal thorough.

 

CQB magnetic pump has advantage of compact structure, good- looking appearance, small volume, low noise, work reliable and easy to manage. It can be widely use for taking out acid, alkali liquid, oil type, rare valued liquid, volatile liquid and circular water equipment, filter accessories of chemical and industry, pharmacy, petroleum, galvanization, food-staff, film and television development, scientific research institution, National defense industry. Especially it is very suit for the take-out of leakiness, combustible, explosive liquid.

The transmitted liquid could be acid and alkali liquid, oil materials,rare and valuable liquid, poisonous liquid and volatile liquid and fittings for circulating water equipment and filters, easily leaky, flammable and explosive liquid and so on. The maximum pump efficiency reaches 50 to 55%, the highest level for resin pumps. In designing the pump energy saving was taken in to full consideration.
