Filament or multifilament filter bag can be washed and reused. Such filter bag is economic. Each filament is made of many thinner filaments with same diameter by twisting. Then weave filaments along specified warp and weft and form filaments into net with defined aperture size. Filter cloth can capture and remain particulates larger than mesh on the surface. Smaller particulates go through mesh into downstream. Filament filter bag makes surface filter. The smooth surface is easy for washing.
AS each filament is extruded by fiber equipment at the same diameter, it boasts uniform diameter and smooth surface and ensures filter net made into accurately uniform meshes.
Huaye owns independent sewing system for manufacture of high-quality filament filter bag. The system can prevent silica oil contamination. Every filament filter bag applies unique edge-wrapping technology during manufacture process, which avoids leakage from pinhole to the maximum extent.
