Description:
Double-station automattic coil horizontal winding machine is applied to make winding coils before running the automatic winding inserting machine. It enables the copper wires to be wound to the segment tooling.The finished winding coils could be transferred to the winding inserting machine for the opeartion via the special fixture directly. Double-station horizontal winding machine does not require the operator to do the winding coils shifting from present machine to the former 1st, remove the winding coils to the winding inserting machine afterwards. Double-station horizontal winding machine is much suitable for the stator winding coils making of three phases motor and two poles motor.
