Description:

Special design of injector can be move up or down, move left to right side by adjust the screw. injector will be aging after many years work , so the air from the injector will be weak .You can adjust the injector position to a ideal position to ensure the strong and enough air and sorting accuracy. How To Adjust the vibrator ?
After the installation , check the tightness of screw in the vibrator .Start up the vibrators and check the uniformity of their amplitude by touching them .
If its general amplitude is too large or too small , adjust it with spanner and screwdriver as operation instruction(Clockwise to increase, counter-clockwise to reduce).
Inside of “Vibration bucket” in the diagram should be often cleaned up to prevent out put from being affected by bran formed by rice flour. “Vibration mechanism” is vibrator coil.
