A: Please provide the engineering drawing of the cup fans, we will calculate it for you.
Q: How many cups can get from one ton material paper?
A: Depends on the cup fans size and the paper weight you will use ,
for example, one ton material paper can make about 500000pcs of 3oz cup in 160+15pe . send us your cup fans drawing , feedback you the quantity of cup fans can be made
Q: How many tons of cup bottom are needed to match one ton cutting & printed paper?
A: Usually, the ratio is about 1: 0.2 (means 1ton paper cup fans need about 0.2tons bottom paper). Different cup size, different gram, the ratio may different .
Q: Can you produce the cutting & printed PE coated paper cup fans?
A: We can provide both flexo and offset priting, your requirements can be fullfilled.
Both single pe coated paper cup fans and double pe coated cup fans are available .
