4. Mould | According customers request to build the preform mold . Before make the preform preform mold , we send preform mold design to customer approval first, before move forward to production; we send samples to customer to confirm first. |

5. Sample shoot | If the first sample come out is not satisfied customer, we modify the mould and until meet customers satisfactory. |

6.Products in store | If your quantity is beyond our storage, we will provide lead time to you. |

1. The preform mold are employed Germany HOTSET Coil Heaters.
2. The preform mold is employed 45#/P20,S136 stainless Steel .
3. The delivery time is 40 days after receiving 40% down payment.
4. The preform mold packaging is adopted wooden box.
1.Preform injection mould from 1cavity for wide mouth jar and gallon bottle preform up to 96 cavities narrow neck.
2.Core and cavity are made of special mould steel after preheating treatment in the original factory in sweden.
3.Lip cavity is made of imported nitrated steel ,which is of high hardness and long service life.it is in accordance with the international standard.
4.The excellent hot runner design assures uniform heating and greatly improves the quality of plastic product.
5.No cutting of gate is employed to reduce the labor intensity.
