Description:

Slurry ice is full of suspended ice crystals, with the look of liquid or fluid. A: Used on small fishing boat.

Small fishing own only one fish storage tank. Snowell slurry ice machine continually make seawater into ice slurry and automatically pump it into the fish storage tank. Water in the fish storage tank is pumped back into the ice machine and become ice slurry. The circle repeat itself again and again, unitl the fish storage tank is full of fish and high concentration ice slurry.

B: Slurry ice machine used in big fishing boat
Snowell slurry ice machine continually make seawater into ice slurry and automatically pump it into one ice slurry storage tank. The concentration of ice slurry is adjustable according to the ice making time. Ice slurry is pumped into fishing tubs for freezing fish. Ice slurry quickly remove the heat from the fish. The melted ice and surplus seawater drain away from the hole on the bottom of fishing tubs and only dry ice crystals remain in the tubs. The remained ice crystals covered the fish 100% and completely keep the fish in -2 condition stably for a long time.

2. Slurry ice machine used in fish processing plant

Liquid ice slurry is the best ice for removing the heat from fish. The heat removing speed is about 2 times faster than cold water or traditional ice. It is widely used in fishing processing plant for removing heat from fish, for packing fish into box and so on.
