DCM-00 Dispersion Compensation Module

Standard single module fiber,dispersion exists on 1550nm medium.Typical value is 17ps/nm.km.Dispersion restricts the transmission distance and usable bandwidth of 1550nm fiber network.In the condition of super long trunk with the distance≥100km,dispersion will cause HF CSO deterioration,it is impossible to realize Digital TV transmission for 550~860MHz.
How to reduce or eliminate dispersion:
1.Adopt DCM,such as DCM-00.
2.DCM (Dispersion Compensation Fiber NZ-DSF),is not practical for finished system.

DCM-00 series Dispersion Compensator Module,is a linearity equipment with high load and dispersion characteristic,low insert loss,it can be put at the transmit end,receive end or any location of the optical link system.It also can be used in fiber dispersion that equalizer exceeds the allowed length,in AM 1550nm optical fiber system,and in multi-channel,high speed digital system.
