  Brief Description of Mold Temperature Controller  

       ADDM-48 Mold Temperature Control Units(MTC) are specially custome-designed for the temperature control of compression casting. It has lots of optional fuctions and multi safety protections. The heating power is 40KW for each circuit and adjustable, SPECK high-temperature magnetic oil pump is specially selected for this series. 2*0.1M2 Plate exchanger is available for process requires Heating And Cooling. This model belong to dual-circuit temperature control, It offers the temperature range from 25°C to 350 °C.

  • No-fuse breaker for the overcurrent phenomenon of general power supply.
  • Motor reversion protection and indicator light up.
  • Cooling water lacking protection and indicator light up.
  • Circulating pump overload protection and indicator light up.
