Description:
a. Machine bed adopts 45 degrees slant, one piece excellent resin sand cast integral bed, torsional strength and flexural rigidity is obviously increased, meantime easy and fast for chip conveying.
b. Adopt high rigid and high precision independent spindle unit, transmission is by V belt, can start stably and smoothly.lubrication lipid, obviously reduce spindle's thermal deformation,increase thermal stability and precision.
