Description of Flotation Machine:
Our Flotation Machine is the latest design to use the circular tank concept and combines the benefits of circular cells with the unique features of the Minerals mechanism to create the ideal conditions to maximize floatation performance for all roughing, cleaning and scavenging duties, which can be used to separate nonferrous metal, ferrous metal, noble metal, nonmetallic mine, chemical material and recycle mine. It features: high inhalation, low power. Each chute can inhale gas, sink magma, separate. There is no need of accessory equipments horizontal equipment. It is easy to change the flow chart. The cycling way of magma is very reasonable. It can reduce the impurities to a great extent. There is automatic equipment on the magma surface. It is easy to adjust. The upward one makes the magma cycle toward upward, which the downward one makes the magma cycle downward.
The application of the flotation machine.
Flotation machine is applicable for the separation of non-ferrous metals, ferrous metals, precious metals, non-metallic mineral and chemical raw materials, recovery of useful minerals.
The working principle of flotation machine.
The impellers are driven by V-belts,which can bring the centrifugal effect to form the negative pressure.On the one hand, they inhale sufficient air to mix with ore pulp; on the other hand, they stir ore pulp and mixes with medication to form the mineralized froth.When flotation cell works ,slurry is inhaled from the bottom of the trough to the space between impellers. Meanwhile, the low pressure air sent by fan is transported to this area through the air distributor in the hollow shaft. After sufficient mixing, the slurry is pushed out by the impellers, and then goes to the trough. When the froth rises to the stable level, after the enrichment processing, it overflows to the froth trough from the overflow weir. Another part of ore slurry flows to lower part of impellers for the remixing with air. The remaining slurry flows to the next trough until it becomes residue.
