Surface test tree for the well testing
The Flowhead is the primary device for controlling the well and allowing the introduction of wireline., mainly used for controlling the surface pressure and fluid and gas movement during drill stem testing, and more easy to release the formation over pressure in short time at the beginning of well open. Can show the actual fluid movement in high pressure well testing as small resistance of fluid, not easy to block.
And the flowhead is full bore equipment to meet the tools through smoothly. When during the drill stem testing, Acid job, fracture Job, Stage cementing job, Reformatting job can also be processed without lifting out the string, can make the job more coefficient, reduce working time.

The flowhead (Surface test tree) consist of cross adaptor, swivel, body, lifting sub,plug valve and so on.
The flowhead is raising type with two wings which can connect with pipings, outlet is 1502 union. As per requirements, the tools can be transported from the top, the two wing control the fluid by low torque valves. The master valve control the surface equipment open and close. The thread of swivel is Left thread in order to avoid thread loose when in rotating.
The bottom connection thread is 4 1/2IF, two stage sealing in order to keep high tensile strength and high pressure sealing.
