The external wall insulation decorative panel is manufactured by hot pressing of Aluminum plate, rigid polyurethane foam and aluminum foil,and is fixed on surface of external walls by composite material frame. The performance is outstanding among current international markets.
The surface is 0.5mm thick aluminum plate. You can choose decorative pattern and color or roll into certain figure according to design. It is mainly for decoration, but is also weatherproof, corrosion-resistant and self-cleaning. The mid-layer is a 40mm thick rigid polyurethane foam with R value 0.024W/m.k and it has excellent thermal insulation property. The inner layer is a 0.06mm thick aluminum foil. Its function is to prevent the
polyurethane foam from diffusing, anti-aging, and guarantee the insulation effect of the panel.
