    Royalwill has its advanced CAD/CAM/CAE system and great team-workers experienced in mold design, manufacture and company management. And we are also familiar with mold manufacturing standards from Japan, USA, Europe, and Australia and so on. With main equipment of vertical, horizontal and Gantry machining centers, CNC, EDM , Grinding machines.

        In addition to using steel P20 from China, we stock steel from Thyssen (Germany) and P20, H13, S7,420SS from Assab (Sweden), and etc. We choose steel depending on customers’ requirements and longevity of moulds. We use standard components from China, DME, and HASCO. Moreover, we use hot-runner molds from YUDO, DME, INCOE and etc.Our philosophy is to work with our customers in a collaborative way to ensure high quality products and low costs.
