Four-row Bearings
Four-row bearing virtually is the bearing combination that's colligate the tapered roller bearings various options which are intrinsic high load, radial/axial capability and direct and indirect installation within the smallest space to achive maximum load rating. Such bearings are mostly used on the roll neck of rolling mill equipment.
ALL four-row bearings are the bearings combination which has pre-adjusted the clearance and match, all the parts are coded to ensure the correct order of installation.
TQO type
TQOW type
These are two pairs of bearings installed directly, including two double cones, two single cups and one double cup, one cone spacer and two cup spacers. These bearings use in the medium and low speed rolling mill, and are loosely installed in the roller's neck. When the fillet and / or fillet spacer isn't with lubricate groove(type TQOW). The lubrication flow from inside of bearings to the roller's neck. Cone spacer is also hardened to reduce abrasion of the surface.
Type TQITS
The main characters of this kind of bearing is that they have a tapered hole, and the entire cone maintains matching and the continuous taper. In this way there is close fit on the support roller of high-speed rolling mill, but loose fit of TQO-bearing straight hole cone can lead to great abrasion of roller's neck.
These kinds of four-row bearings are composed of two pairs of bearing installed indirectly: two single cone and one double cone, four single cup and three cup spacers. The related surface of the cone lengthens and connects indirectly installation enhance the effective span, and improved staility and rolling rigidity.
