FM160 soft tube filling and sealing machine is a new filling equipment which is independently developed and designed and manufactured by our company, based on foreign advanced filling and sealing machine type NORDEN and combined with the domestic actual circumstances of soft tube
The machine type is wholly closed in stainless steel, suitable to filling and sealing of various specifications plastics tube, max speed reaches160 tubes per minute, actual normal speed reaches 120 to 140 tubes per minute, and assuring more than 120 tubes per minute, variable speed via frequency converter. Filling precision is equal to or less than 1%. The sealing manner is metal folding for aluminum tubes, hot air sealing for plastic tubes.
