Autoclaved concrete is mainly composed of the kettle body device, covering device, oscillating device, hand speed reducer, safety device, bearing, insulation, sealing device, instrument pipe valve,etc. Affiliated parts include drainage device.
The concrete body device: it is welded together mainly by the cylinder and the kettle body. There are 44 teeth distributing circular flange that uniform the 44 teeth of cover flange. Track has been laid inside the kettle bottom, car and people can walk on it. Lateral kettle body decorate various header and take over for inlet and exhaust steam, discharge of condensed water , also install various kinds of installation and the valve.
The device of kettle lid: It is mainly welded by the kettle cover flange, tooth plate and dome head. Which play a role of closing reaction caldron in the aeroconcrete by lifting handle and short axis
Swing device: it is mainly consists of shaft, cantilever beam, plate, pull plate, bar, etc. it is installed on the tank top of the end, which make suspension and rotary through the pull rod connecting to handle kettle cover.
Hand reducer: it is fixed in the profile of the kettle body flange and mainly composed of a pair of turbine and a pair of bevel gear shaft. The kettle cover rotate around the center through gear meshing tooth plate to make the body and the pot cover flange tooth can be engaged or disengaged.
Safety device: it is fixed in the side of the kettle body flange and consists of the safety handle, saddle, jaw and ball valves. When kettle lid is closed, the safety handle rotate to level to lock kettle cover that makes exhaust valve closed. When kettle cover is opened, first we should rotate safety handle to vertical and then ball valve will open. For safety consideration, when steam has been exhausted the ball valve, the kettle cover can be opened.
Support of autoclaved concrete: it is used as a support body and composed of intermediate bearing and end bearing, all bearing can move through the body axis except the middle bearing to meet the need of the expansion of the kettle body.
Insulation of autoclaved concrete: it is mainly composed of the heat preservation material, skeleton and guard board and so on to prevent heat lost when using reaction caldron in the aeroconcrete (the thickness of insulation material can be customized).
Sealing device: it is composed of sealing ring, cut-off valve and the bending of inlet pipe. Sealing ring inlaid in the seal groove of the kettle body flange. Steam flow into the seal grooves through the bent pipe and valve at booster stages. When arriving the rated pressure, the kettle body will be sealed by itself through bending pipe.
