XJK Flotation machine provides a process for separating minerals from gangue by taking advantage of differences in their hydrophobicity. It's widely used in copper-, lead-, zinc-, nickel- and molybdenum-bearing minerals upgrading. The XJK series flotation machine is one of the most widely used mechanically-agitated type. With the negative pressure while impeller rotation, which driven by motorized V-belt, air will be automatically inhaled and form bubbles. Minerals in slurry could attach to the air bubbles, and rise to the surface, forming froth. There is a blade near entrance could push the forth out, which could be adjusted height manually according to the level of slurry.

Working Principle of Flotation machine
