       Founded in 2004, Ningbo Royalwill Molds & Plastic Co. Ltd., specializes in designing and manufacturing large¬precise, complex and long-life plastic injection moulds, related to all kinds of automobiles, auto bikes, households, IT products, commodities, etc. We have has annual production capacity of 500 units of injection moulds.

      Royalwill has its advanced CAD/CAM/CAE system and great team-workers experienced in mold design, manufacture and company management. And we are also familiar with mold manufacturing standards from Japan, USA, Europe, and Australia and so on. With main equipment of vertical, horizontal and Gantry machining centers, CNC, EDM , Grinding machines. We Build mold in accordance to USA SPI standard, DME standard, and HASCO standard. Our texture can follow Mold Tec and also can per customer sample. 

       In addition to using steel P20 from China, we stock steel from Thyssen (Germany) and P20, H13, S7,420SS from Assab (Sweden), and etc. We choose steel depending on customers’ requirements and longevity of moulds. We use standard components from China, DME, and HASCO. Moreover, we use hot-runner molds from YUDO, DME, INCOE and etc.
