THFX series reversing valve
THFX series reversing valve is mainly used in pneumatic conveying system for changing the direction of powder material or fine granular materials in pipeline. It makes pressure feeding materials to two different locations. It can changes the direction of flowing materials in the pipelines and delivers them to destinations without the need to stop material feed or the air supply.
THFX series reversing valve is widely used in negative and positive transmission of flours, rice bran, starch, grains, animal feeds, sugars, chemical products and particulate plastics and can change the delivery direction of low-speed delivery pipelines and deliver them to specified points. It is not suitable for adhesive materials.
THFX series reversing valve Features:
1) Adopt cylinder to control the movement of valve element, keep valve element precision transition and flexible operation.
2) It is effectively and accurately sended out the valve element switching position signal by two travel switches, to realize the automatic control.
3) The valve element is cock structure, has high accuracy matching with the valve body, and keep materials from leakage and string in the valve.
4) Unique sealing structure on both sides makes sure axle head has no powder leakage or air leakage in normal working pressure.
