Brief introduction of ball mill
beneficiation ball mill is mainly used to grind materials in mineral, cement, refractory, chemical industry, etc. beneficiation ball mill has dry and wet ways. When wet Ball Mill works, certain water and other liquid will be added into materials to increase flowability of materials, so the capacity is increased. When dry Ball Millworks, capacity is affected because material flowability is reduced, so absorbing wind device is needed on the outlet of Ball Mill , and then negative pressure is formed in the Ball Mill to increase flowability of material, so the capacity is increased.
Working principle of ball mill
When the Ball Mill turning, there are centrifugal force and force of friction between grinding medium and the plate in the rotary body wall. And the grinding medium will rotate with rotary body to a certain height. Then Ball Mill will fall freely under gravity, whereabouts of grinding medium, like a projectile impact the material at the bottom to smaller size. In addition, grinding medium also generates sliding and rolling in the rotary process. Thus there are schleifwirkung among grinding medium, plate and material. Ball Mill Features:
Ball mill is made up of feeding part, discharging part, gyre part, transmission part, (decelerator, small transmission gear, generator, electrical control) and so on.The hollow axis adopts the cast steel and the lining can replace, the rotating big gear processes in the way of casting rolling gear. The cylinder is wearable well and bears wearable lining board. This machine runs steadily and works reliably.
