Gravity Grading Destoner is widely used in cleanning section, it is designed for continuous removal of stones from granular stock such as grain.
1).Gravity Grading Destoner Principal function: There are two functions in this machine, grading and de-stoning. Independent air absorbing pipeline is needed specially.
2).Gravity Grading Destoner Working principle: It is widely used in wheat cleaning section. It can make the grading of input material as 5%-30% light material which is full of light impurity and 70%-95% weight material which rich in heavier impurity than wheat seed. Input material go through the upper sieve surface and the de-stoning function will be accomplished on lower sieve surface.c
3).Gravity Grading Destoner has double sieves ,so it has two fuctions destoner and classification .
