Discharge pulsation dampener is mainly consisted of housing, cover, air bag, exhaust valve, pressure gauge, etc. Discharge pulsation dampener shall be assembled on six-way (or four-way) of discharge pipe. In properly operation, it can reduce pressure fluctuation of discharging drilling fluid.
Relief Valve
Drilling pump adopts shear pin relief valve, and it shall be installed on six-way (or four-way) of discharge pipe. Properly operating relief valve can limit pump's discharging pressure and ensure pump's safety during operation.
