Tugger Rope Pull Load Lock which have been assembled with aluminun W base and stainless steel O ring is designed to be used with L-track(called logistic track or airline track be popularly used in airline industry).It's easily and quickly to create a secure tie down point,just insert the bottom disc into the desired round opening on the track and slide the fitting between the two of the tracks openings,so that the stud will be secured in round slot.
