API F Series Mud Pump Factory Direct
Product Introduction
1.1. 6-3/4" x 7-1/2" single acting triplex mud pump rated 500 HP, to include the following:
1.2. Three (3) interchangeable forged steel fluid ends with threaded valve pot covers and cylinder heads.
1.3. Premium grade fluid end expendables with 5-1/2" pistons and liners.
1.4. Suction manifold with two 8" flanged inlets, one fitted with an 8" threaded companion flange.
1.5. Pressure manifold with two (2) 4" 5000# API flanged outlets.
1.6. Discharge assembly with strainer and 4"5000#API flange outlet for pulsation dampener.
1.7. Discharge piping (4") 5k wp,10k test from pump to edge of skid with 4"integral hammer union fig 1002 female at the end.
1.8. One (1) 2" threaded connections for relief valve.
1.9. One (1) 2-1/16" x 5k flanged connection for pressure gauge.
1.10. K10-5000 pulsation dampener or equivalent c/w charging kit, hose and gauge.
1.11.One (1) 2" reset relief valve, manual reset.
1.12.One (1) Oteco pressure gauge (0-6000 psi) range or equivalent.
1.13.Belt driven liner wash system with 35 gallon tank.

Payment term: 30% deposit by T/T or L/C and 70% before shipment.
Warranty: Warranty period is 12 months after installation.
