The machine for large and high precision CNC slotting machine, mainly used in large vessels, engineering machinery, large wind turbines, large forging equipment, large metallurgical equipment and large equipment requiring precision indexing.

1. The six four axis NC machine tools for gear shaping machines, rack and can be processed within a maximum diameter of 4000 mm, gear 3500 mm, the largest fine-30 mm. Six CNC axis:

(1)Table rotation axis (c-axis): work table spindle rotation, drives the workpiece rotating with a totally closed-loop feedback functions.

(3) Drive shaft (z axis): hydraulic cylinder reciprocating movement of the knife shaft movement, completed the main cutting motion with a totally closed-loop feedback functions, stroke and stroke lengths can be adjusted automatically.

(4)Radial feed axis (x axis): over bed bed in relative movement, driven radial feed the column with a totally closed-loop feedback functions.

(5)Diagonal cutter axis (y axis): processing of helical gears especially when helical gears, complete diagonal cutters.

(6)Cutter shaft (X2-axis): servo cutter, and z-axis.

2. Machine is configured with Germany Siemens (SIEMENS) company 840D CNC and digital servo system .

3. The machine bed and the docking layout of table, column in the body moves the bed achieve radial feed, with diagonal cutter function.

4. This machine adopts hydraulic servo drive technology enables automatic adjustment of stroke of stroke length and location, precise positioning and adaptive speed regulating; can achieve high efficiency processing cutting force and makes the tool quick-return twice times the cutting speed.

5. Working table adopts hydrostatic bearing of spindle and bearing combination support technology and YRTM double worm gear consumption gap drive technology, has a precise and significant, no characteristic of low speed creeping.

6. Cutter shaft using electronic spiral Rails features, you can implement any Helix flexible machining.

7. The machine with servo cutter function; no shock dual conjugate cams can be flexible equipment to meet the needs of processing drum gear.

8. Machine tools with circular cutting force feed amount control function, can be adjusted according to the different cutting area and cutting material feed speed in a circle, make full use of power and one-third of the work time.

9. This machine has a line measurement function, you can detect the workpiece tooth pitch, tooth to tooth.

10. The machine is at a constant temperature environment, with stable 6-level Machining accuracy.

11. This machine uses high-power cooling with internal and external gear cutting chips respectively function.
