Working principle
YL series of closed expansion water tank (automatic capsule type pressure stabilized voltage constant pressure water tank) is developed on the basis of the fully automatic pressure water supplying device. Its working principle is that in the closed pressure tank using compressed gas can to storage and regulate the heating system, shrinkage or expansion of water capacity because of the variational temperature, inside part of sealed pressure tank is installed with vesicular membrane which divided the tank into a gas chamber and a water chamber. When the water temperature rise water capacity increases, at this time, the gas in the tank is compressed, expanded water flows into the water chamber. And when the water temperature drop and water capacity reduces and gas expands, water in chamber enters the pipe network system. If the pipeline is in leakage, the pressure of the pipe network can not reach the preset value, the pumps will supplement to the preset pressure to achieve the purpose of stabilization and regulation on pressure.

- High temperature hot water in circulation system.
Fan coil pipe in cooling water system.
NOTES OF INSTALLATIONS:
- Pipe should not press the pump so as to prevent the pump from deformation.
- No need for pump correction.
- Anchor bolts must be tightened, in order to avoid impact on pump performance because of vibration.
- Pump should be carefully examined in case pump impeller and body damage due to hard stuff like rocks, sand ect.
- You had better fix up a regulating valve in outlet and inlet pipe respectively, and install pressure gauge on the pump outlet, which can ensure stable performance with rated head and flow and last it`s service life.
- Should be equipped with bottom valve, keep less bend near the inlet pipeline. Water and gas leakage should attract your attentions.
- It should be equipped with filter in front of inlet so as to avoid blocking, whose sectional area is 3 or 4 times of inlet’s.
- Shaft and impeller should be shifted without friction sound or stuck otherwise the pump should be disassembled to examine.
- The pump inlet and outlet flange is designed according to 1.6Mpa standard, such spare parts need your attention on specification when you install.
