Description:
A bottom force filling is adopted on this machine for even and firm injection without bubbles.
- With 12 nozzles, 12pcs can be filled at the same time.
- The feeding cylinder is developed to integrate regulable oil pressure with air pressure. Bottom force filling system is adopted for even and firm injection.
- Detachable mould is easy for adjustment and cleaning. And the nozzle design strengthens the air tightness.
- The 22-liter pressuring and heating double-shell tank is with PID temperature control with a tolerance of +/- 0.5oC and stirring speed regulator.
- Integrated piston heater design is easy for accurate regulating, installation and cleaning.
