Description:
This machine is mainly for filling lipstick in traditional metal tubes, and cold filling lip gross, lip balm and so on.
- 12 nozzles enable 12 pcs filling at one time, 6 nozzles machine is also available.
- Piston filling system driven by servo-motor with parameter settings to increase the product stability.
- The mold is with lift function and driven by servo-motor with parameter settings to increase the product stability.
- The 22 liter pressuring and heating double-shell tank is with PID temperature control with a tolerance of ±0.5oC and stirring speed regulator.
- The stirring apparatus in the tank is driven by motor to avoid glitter or pearl shine sedimentation.
