5 . FAQ:
1 . Do you supply any spare parts?
Answer: normally we supply 3 pcs heaters for the hot runner system free of charge; for the insert and ejection pins etc, we also can supply spare parts, but we need to charge the production cost.
2 . Do you design water lines in the small center insert?
Answer: yes, sure, we design separately water line for each center insert, to ensure short cycle time.
3 . How many cavity can you make for a 120 ton injection machine?
Answer: normally for a 120 tons injection machine, 24 or even 32 cavity is no problem. we even have special design, in that case,a 48 cavity mould is fine for 120 ton machine.
4 . What is your guarantee for your cap moulds?
Answer: we guarantee our cap moulds can last 3 million shots(or 2 years production time),in this term, we maintain the inserts, hot runner system etc free of charge.
5 . What steel do you use for the mold base?
Answer: depends, some customers like the mold base make out of stainless steel; and some customers like the mold base make out of S55C/S50C or P20; besides, some plates with stainless steel, and some plates make out of S55C/S50C, some customers also like that. any way, we can do as per your requirement.
