The Conveyorised Powder Coating Plant has been designed and engineered to coat, by means of polyester thermosetting powders, beds and chairs.These items are loaded on suitable bars (complete with hangers).Maximum load dimensions must be within1350 x 1300 x 200 mm; production up to 8-9 loads/hour for a standard plant.
Plant design has been conceived to be able to carry out a particularly quick colour change.
Production Procedure:
Work Piece Loading → Automatic + Manual Powder Coating → Powder Curing (20 minutes, 180~200℃) → Unloading
