Structure of Roof Truss & Z Purlin Roll Forming Machine
This machine consists of 4 tons automatic decoiler (motorized and hydraulic expansion), gear box transmission, forming rollers, mainframe (including guiding platform), cutting device, controller, hydraulic system and stacker.
Working Process of Roof Truss & Z Purlin Roll Forming Machine
Coiler loading → feeding-in with guiding (metal sheet is guided into the first forming station) →rolling & forming→ hydraulic cutting → stacker running out
