FRPdeck is a big size profile which is made by pultrusion technology and in holistic shape, it could form a continuous close plane by unique self-lock structure, which could be used as load structures in various corrosion environments, and could replace wood plate, aluminum plate or steel plate etc.
Properties:
1.corrosion resietance:
The base materials used by the bolt are durable materials, and they are molded through the composite process. The life span is up to 100 years. They can be used as permanent support materials
2. light weight and high strength:
The relative density of between 1.5 to 2.0, only 1/4 ~ 1/5 of carbon steel, but the tensile strength was close to or even more than carbon steel, the strength can be compared with that of superior alloy steel. 20% Of Steel; 70% Of Aluminum
3. impact resistance:
The strengthening fiber-glass materials criss-cross the structure of the products, which helps to improve the impact resistance of FRP sheet. When impacted by spalls or hails, they are hardly broken.
4.low installation and maintenance cost:
the product is light, as a result, it is easy for installation. Cause the FRP has excellent properties, it almost doesn't need additional maintenance.
5.heat resistance:
heat resistant grades of our engineered plastic composites offer property retention and dimensional stability at elevated temperatures. FRP material grades are available to meet or exceed UL temperature index ratings of 120℃ electrical and 130℃ to 210℃ mechanical.
