KXB1LE-32 series residual current operated circuit breaker
Application:
KXBLE1-32 series residual current circuit breaker apply to single phase residential circuit of AC 50Hz, rated voltage 230V or lower than that, for protecting electric circuit overload and short circuit. This product have high breaking capacity, small volume etc advantage .Null line and fire line can cut off simultaneously, avoid personal electric shock dangerous or fire disaster which may caused by the situation of fire line connected wrongly. According to client's requirement, additional over voltage protection function is available.

1. The filtering device of KXB1LE-32 residual current protect circuit breaker can prevent fault tripping operation caused by instantaneous voltage (lighting or other equip circuit interference) and instantaneous current (like high capacity load circuit)
2. KXB1LE digital residual current overvoltage protect circuit breaker overvoltage tripping setting is 280V±5%

Application indication:
1. Press the testing button each month for checking residual current protect device operation
2. When residual current device is operating, the obverse of the device have red mechanical indicate.
3. Protection device automatic reset when reclose the circuit breaker.
Bimetal: Actually, it contains three metals iron, copper, cadmium, galvanized. Three metals with different coefficients of thermal expansion, bending cause thermal Pick reflect and making the breaker disconnect. This is the most import parts of the circuit breaker. The Bimetal is the use of different materials under different breaker amperage.
Coil: It's the important parts for the reaction of the Magnetic Trip. It's always 9 ring. As a matter of fact, the number of Coil with Different Amperage.For example, 1A reaches over 100 ring, and 63A is used to 56 ring. The Diameter Thickness is also different for Amperage.
Action Contactor(Sliver Point): It's the main point for the Reaction of Trip. Under normal conditions, keeping closed. When overload and short circuit, It will be breaking.
Arc Chute: Playing a role in destroying the arc. Generally tend to produce a large number of Moving and Static Contactor from the contactor, arc, even emerge spark.
