thickness ranges from 1.0 mm to 4.0 mm,If building exterior cladding, the thickness should be at least 2.5 mm. 3.0 mm thick is better. You know if on the wall outside, the aluminum panels should be strong enough to resist the wind pressure.

surface treatment:
There are two ways of surface treatment, one is PVDF Coating , the other is Powder Coating.PVDF Coating is usually used outside the room. Powder Coating is suitable to be used inside the room. PVDF Coating has great performance in waterproof, fireproof, rot proof, anti-chemical corrosion and weather resistance.This coating can stand very high and very cold temperature. Powder Coating also has the above performances, but it is not as good as PVDF Coating. But Powder Coating is brighter or lighter than PVDF Coating.
