It is a two-axis CNC center-less grinder with high precision, high efficiency and high stability, and it is used for grinding various rings, column surface of shaft and rotary surface of steps and cones. The machine can perform auto cycle for plunge feed grinding with special loading and unloading system, it also can realize automatic compensating and grinding wheel dressing. Its application is for batch production and high production continues cycle.
The structural characteristics and performance: 1.The machine adopts OMRON PLC controller to realize logical movement and servo control of feeding. It can program as per user's requirements and set various grinding parameters. It has fault diagnosis function. 2.Grinding wheel spindle utilizes hydrodynamic bearing with five shoes. 3.Regulating wheel spindle adopts rolling bearing with large load and high precision. 4.Feed slide-way is driven by servo motor through pre-load ball screw nut. Its type is pre-load double V needle bearing. 5.Regulating wheel spindle is driven by AC motor with frequency convertor and its speed can be variable in step-less. 6.Feed of grinding wheel dresser adopts servo motor drive, its reciprocating motion is driven by speed reducing motor and speed can be adjusted in step-less. 7.The reciprocating motion of regulating wheel dresser adopts speed reduction motor with variable speed in step-less.
