Heat-sensitive Bonded NdFeB-MQP Magnets with Wide Applications  
 

The bonded NdFeb magnets have high production efficiency, suitable for mass production.

It can replace sintered NdFeB magnet and ferrite, making motor assembling simpler and more,

reliable, reducing costs and improving efficiency.

 

Good corrosion resistance, after electrodeposited or through other special treatment,  it can be used

under normal or unfavorable environment conditions for a long time.

 

 


Compression Bonded NdFeb magnet introduction:

  1. Higher magnetic performance than injection bonded NdFeb.
  2. Br:350—8000Gs,Hci:4000—16000e,BHmax3—12MGOe
  3. Higher corrosion resistant than injection bonded NdFeb Magnet,Salt spray testing:≥75hours.
  4. Working temperature.The maximum working temperature:200 degree C.
  5. More flexible magnetizing patern than sintered NdFeb magnet.Multi-poles on OD, ID&end face(along axial),radial and Diameter cross magnetization,helix and other special magnetizing special magnetizing pattern.
