- If suitable material needed to make your caps can not bought in Chinese market, you can buy in your market and send to our factory.
- Normally we use our own forwarder for shipment, because it's highly efficient. But customers designated forwarder is also welcomed.
- The delivery time would always meet customers' requirement, normally 15-25 days.
Sample Policy:
- Sample can be custom before you place the order.
- Custom samples will be processed after sample cost received.
- After sample cost receiving, the sample will be made / improved till your satisfaction.
- Sample of which in stock is free, buyer pay for the freight cost.
- Customized samples will be charged accordingly, and returned once got regular order.
- If the sample with printing, it will take 5-10 days to process the printing mold and mixing color.
- If the sample with woven or leather patch logo, it will take 3-5 days to finish the logo.
- We will charge $50.00/design as mold fee for woven patch pattern, $135.00/design for leather patch or printed logo, all refundable if your coming order is no less than 1000 pcs.
Order Policy:
- MOQ is 100 pcs/model/color for customized design, 50 pcs/model/color for caps in stock.
- 30% deposit, balance before delivery.
- 15-25 days after sample approval.
- General package: 100 pcs/carton, if any customizable, contact us before delivery.
- Customized part: material, design, construction, color, size, visor, back closure, lining.
- We accept less than US$3000.00 via PayPal, or should be paid via T/T.
- If any label(Woven Label, Printed Label, Sticker) needed, please advise us before deposit.
