Product Structure Characteristics:
US box substation puts the transformer body, high voltage load switch and fuse in transformer tank so as to reduce the volume and space.
Combined transformer adopts cable feeding in and out method for eliminating the visual pollution of overhead cables. All the electrified bodies of combined transformer are sealed in the metal box as well as the surface safe grounding ensure personal safety. The wiring method is flexible, namely it can be applied to terminals and loop network connection mode as well, as a result, the reliability of power supply are enhanced greatly.
The surface of the packaged substation produced by our company adopts the anti-corrosion which is the special technology of France Schneider Electric, our technical cooperator. The products can remain anti-corrosion within 20 years. This anti-corrosion technology, which is dual-protection by both chemical and physical methods, can be widely used in the metallic surface corrosion-resistance of various facilities for shipping, container manufacture, military supplies, stadiums, air port and so on. It can adapt to various bad environment.
Aiming at the coastal environment of frequent typhoon and heavy mist, we improve the seal of the packaged substation and equip it with such characteristics as rain proof, wind proof and salt fog proof.
Use Condition:
1. Altitude: Below 1000m;
2. Ambient Temperature: -30°C~40°C;
3. Related Humidity(RH): Below 95% (±25°C);
4. Wind Speed: Below 35m/s;
5. Horizontal acceleration of seism should be slower than 0.4m/s², Vertical acceleration should be
slower than 0.2m/s²;
6. Should not have conductive dust, corrosion gas to metal & isolation material, or any dangerous
gas which will cause inflammation and explosion;
7. Installation site should avoid acute shaking, vertical gradient should below 30°.
