Use:
Grouting hole packer for gas drainage is mainly used for methane drainage and hole sealing. First filled the two end pouches with slurry by the grouting pump pressure,then the middle part cracks will be full of slurry,and it will form the multi-layers compression hole sealing,and the methane will be drawn out by the gas drainage tube.
Production structure:
The grouting(With Pressure) hole packer is mainly consist of grouting pipes,grouting drainage tubes,one-way valve,explosion valve,pouches,choke plugs,other methane drainage tubes (gas collecting parts) and etc...
Advantages:
1,Can be used for all kinds of hole underground(Φ75-Φ130)
2,When the pump auto-stop,it means its finishing sealing holes
3,Expanding the time of drilling drainage(fading slow)
Drainage Working Principle:
The two pouches are grouted under the pressure difference,which will seal the inside and outside of the holes,and then it makes the totally hole grouted sealing.
Operating & Debug
1,Keep the hole packer horizontal
2,Operating easily and quickly,totally insert the hole packer into the hole,link the hole and the grouting pump,start the pressure.
3,Connect the grouting pump with wind source,keep the wind pressure 0.3-0.5Mpa (according to the drainage branch pipe pressure),start to grout,which makes the multi-step grouting and coal layer crack grouting
4,One houl later after the sealing hole,start network drainage.

Notes:
1,Avoiding the dust or other things getting into the injection pipes and making the pipes blocking and hampering grouting.
2,Pipes of hole packer must be connected correctly in case of leaking slurry.
3,Keep the grouting hole packer away from hard things,such as iron nail.
Because it is the grouting (With Pressure) hole packer,the pressure of the pipes must be kept in the range of 2-3Mpa
