DGS series explosive miner roadway lamp adopted LED light source as one kind green and environmental roadway lamp.it has advantages of smart , light weight,long life-span,non-pollution,maintenance-free,energy- saving and high security etc .
The roadway lamp adopted high lumen and power LED light source,which is high luminous efficiency,long life span and no need to change the light source within the life span .
The roadway lamp use the high voltage die- casting aluminum as frame ,surface powdered anti- static spraying ,also ,choose the rubber sealing element and tempered & transparent glass with excellent function high temperature resistance , aging resistance and integration design .

Power supply voltage fluctuation range:when power supply voltage is fluctuant under the rated voltage between 75%~110% ,the roadway lamp should be lighten up.

Product construction
Mining explosive- proof Led roadway lamp is made up by three parts:light source (including LED light source ,reflector and electronic component plate etc ), explosive-proof frame (including die -casting aluminum , tempered &transparent glass frame ,rubber sealing element etc),protective cover .
Installing use and operation
Before installing ,pre-made hook for hanging the lamps ,must be solid and reliable.the distance between two lamps should be less than 30%,if the cable bending is too much ,then should add middle hook.
It must use three core antiflaming cable including ground wire.get off the hold- down nut at the two wire holes,disassemble the power cord clamp ,open the top cover ,handle with care,dont damage the explosive surface .put the hold- down nut , washer and sealing ring accordingly to the power cable ,then get the cable to the wiring cavity .
Getting the power zero line and firing line to copper screw (nonpolar requirement).connecting the ground wire to the relative cavity position,use the socket spanner and screwdriver twist to lock the hold-down nut and ground wire screw.the connecting should be very reliable .
After adjusting the cavity cable ,use the spanner to tighten the hold-down nut,be careful not to make the cable rotate itself.hold-down nut must compress the sealing ring tightly to avoid the water into the cavity ,or will cause the short circuit and damage the power source .after assemble the power cable plate,tighten the both ends screws.
Assemble the top cover carefully,to check the top cover water-proof sealing ring ,rotating the top cover slightly to the cavity ,align to the connecting hole ,and assemble the tighten bolt.if apply the cascading connect to assemble the lamps,it have to use wall plate at the power cable enter of lamp of the cascading end.
