Features:HB-YJ551NiCrCu(Q) is CO2 gas shielding weathering steels Good for all-position welding with excellent welding craft, smooth arc with low spatter ,high deposition rates, good atmospheric corrosion resistance.
Applications:It is applied to weld 550MP all level of steels ,vehicles ,sea platform ,bridges and Etc .
Note: 1.Ensure that purity of shielding gas.
2. Keep the electrode extension between 15-25mm.
3. Recommended current (DCEP)Wire to be incontact with positive pole.
4.Keep the shielding gas flow at 20-25L/min.
