7). Switch the constant quilting and one-step quilting without any interval.

8).  Adopt the advanced computer and mechanistic technology. 

9).  Saddling rack and roller are drive by servo equipment.

10).  Principal axis uses the frequency conversion device.

11).  Adjust speed by computer and the speed can reach 550r/min.

      The stitch can be set between 2-6mm.

12).  Multi-span and independent pattern quilting illimitably. 

 

 

 

 

Terms:

 

 

Terms of Payment:    30% advance payment by T/T upon signing the contract

                                 70% covered by T/T before delivery

Delivery:                    45 working days after receipt of advance payment.

 

Installation and Start-up: 

 

                                  One technician will be assigned to coordinate installation, 

                                  commissioning and training, 

                                  cost for flight and suitable accommodation plus 

                                  USD80/day per person will be charged additionally.

Warranty:                  12 months limited warranty starting 

                                  from date of delivery excluding wear parts.

                                  Shipping cost for parts to be replaced 

                                  during warranty period have to be borne by the customer.

                                

                                  All size can be made by your requirement.
