      Double winding can work alternately by the two sets of electromagnetic clutch,in the case of the motor without downtime , and discharge within the time interval, and ensures the continuity of the whole production line operation. It’s also equipped with automatic polished rod line device.So it can adjust the row line distance according to the pipe diameter size, make the pipe line uniform, winding and tidy.

Switch the electric power and the air supply, start the button, then the winding works. When the disk is full, push the stop button, and lay off the coil.

The machine adopts the pneumatic principle to lay off the coil. Then switch the lay-off button, solenoid valve stops working, the cylinder ventilate to work, and relax the winding.
