Feature of bridge bearing: Bridge Pot Bearings have been designed to be very easy to install, maintenance-free and cost-effective.Bridge Pot Bearings are designed for very high vertical, horizontal and lateral loads and where rotational structural displacements need to be accommodated.

Application of bridge bearing: The product has been successfully used in a broad range of applications which include: bridges, viaducts, high rise buildings, stadiums and dams.
- Bridge bearing is classified as three types: (1)fixed bearing (restriction of all movement in planar axis);(2)guided bearing (restriction of movement in one direction in planar axis); (3) multi-directional bearing (allows movement in all planes and axes). All three types can be designed to accommodate uplift loads, often required during construction or the life of the structure. The bearings are designed to be quickly and easily replaced due to the structural fastening and attachment strategy BL deploys.
- Technical Performances of bridge bearing (a) The actual bearing capacity is 100% of the design bearing capacity, 10% is allowed overload (b) When the pot bearing used in -25°C~ +60°C, the minimum friction coefficient is 0.03, when -40°C ~ +60°C, the minimum friction coefficient is 0.06.(c)The design maximum rotation angle of the pot bearing is 0.02 rad.Vertical bearing capacity (KN)1000~50000 is divided into 28 grades.Horizontal bearing capacity of the non-gliding surface is 10% of the vertical.
