WT series single shaft crusher/shreddering equipment can shred more hard plastic, rubber, fiber, paper, wood, electric parts, cable and other solid materials and house and industrial waste, such as: outlet material, plastic head, PET bottles, cardboard, board, wood, plastic barrels and so on.
Depending on the requirements of the shredded material, we can supply variety of rotor for selection. The rotor knives arrangement can be economy type and efficient type.
Feature:
Shredding room adopts large thickness, high strength, and wears resistance of steel. The whole crushing room was finished by CNC machine, with high precision, easy disassembly, repair, maintenance, long life and other advantages.
The knives use imported high-quality alloy steel, with high strength, good toughness, not easy to break and so on. And can to ensure that there is a good blade work, disassembly, and easy to maintenance.
Shaft adopts a special material processed by CNC machine, and by the dynamic and static balance correction. With high strength, good toughness, not easy to out of shape, work status stable. Rotary Blades can use “V”-type or “E”-type .rotary blades can cut material evenly, reduce energy, consumption, Reduce noise, loading and unloading blades is very convenient.
Screen uses high-strength material processing with high strength, long service life, and easy to operate.
