This machine consists of 3 tons decoiler, chain driven transmission device, forming rollers, mainframe (including guiding platform), cutting device, controller, hydraulic system and stacker.
Working Process of Metal Roll Forming Machine
Coiler loading → feeding-in with guiding (metal sheet is guided into the first forming station) →rolling & forming→ hydraulic cutting → stacker running out
